Mattress and More is contractually obligated to follow the manufacturer’s warranty parameters and will only honor warranties that fall within the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines on products purchased from Mattress and More.

Warranty Service Request
Before we can start the warranty process you will need the following.
Do you have a copy of your original sales invoice? (You will need to submit a copy of your original invoice with your warranty packet)
Is your Mattress set free of stains? (any type of stains void the manufactures mattress warranty)
Print the Warranty Service Procedures paperwork if you answered yes to both of the above questions.
